Q. WHERE IS THE WARRANTY LOCATED?

A.    The warranty can be found here on the website as well as inside the installation manual and on the quote for your sauna kit.

Q. WHAT DOES THE WARRANTY COVER?

A. The warranty covers manufacturer defects

Q. HOW LONG DOES THE WARRANTY LAST?

A. See below:

  • 5-Years on the sauna equipment (infrared panels, relay box, controls)

  • 3-Year on accessories (chromotherapy, interior lighting, halotherapy)

  • 1-Year warranty on lumber (Mounting frames, interior lumber)

Q. HOW DO I GET REPLACEMENT COMPONENTS?

A. All defective components are replaced and shipped at no charge via UPS ground. Lead time for service is approximately 3-5 business days.

Please note that expedited shipping will incur charges.

Q. WHAT ISN’T COVERED WITHIN THE WARRANTY?

A. The warranty does not cover improper installation, misuse, abuse, water damage, or use of 3rd party components. Furthermore, it does not cover installation, repair costs, or loss of wages or earnings.

Q. HOW DO I REGISTER MY SAUNA FOR WARRANTY?

Q.  HOW DO I INVOKE MY WARRANTY?

A. Call the tech support number at 800-798-1779 ext 8000 and provide the sales order number associated with your order and a representative will be able to assist you.

Q.  IS SHIPPING DAMAGE COVERED UNDER THE WARRANTY?

A. There is a 30-day grace period from the time components are deemed delivered to review the shipment for any visible or concealed shipping damage. Any damages found after the 30-day grace period are subject to Clearlight’s discretion and may not be covered.
